We are available to come to you for one-time events, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly classes.  Each offering is 30-60 minutes. and can involve all aspects of yoga, be that breathwork, mindfulness, meditation, postures, awareness, imagination, social and emotional wellness, and more.  We can mix and match the essences that are best for your facility.  From the child's perspective, I find the favorite parts of a class are often imagination exercises, listening to sound ie: singing bowls, freeze dance/poses, storytime yoga, and artistic expression.  Contact us to discuss what type of offering you would like to create.

Children's Yoga instruction utilizes the entire yoga tree and heavily influences child development for the positive.  We work on self-themes like care and coping skills, self-actualization of our natural talents and abilities, increasing confidence and allowing for authentic expression, intuition, creative expression, and more.  We strive to find a 50/50 yin/yang or left brain/right brain balance, which leads us to play with lifelong themes of on the mat and off the mat, individual expression and group mind, sharing/implementing ideas and following a leader's direction.

Early Education: We enjoy traveling to offer weekly children's yoga classes that the school can pay for and fill to the max of 12 children per class, for $40-50 per class depending on travel time.  There is also an option to allow for the parents to pay, which is $35 per month or a $12 drop in.
 

Elementary, Jr. High, and High School: We enjoy traveling to offer field trips or monthly offerings catered to a growing mind utilizing exercises for clearing our mind body and space, yoga postures and finding our physical edges, meditation and concentration, and more.  We find this age enjoys kundalini exercises, getting into and out of the mind, and playing with their creativity and intuition.  We charge $45 for a 30 minute field trip and $80 per hour.

We also enjoy creating: Birthday Parties, Mommy playdate group at your home or community center, creating a class at a yoga studio, early childhood education center, library, gymnastics gym, spiritual center or healing collective, etc. - We can come to you

We will send someone to your house/party location to play yoga with all the kiddos who come for birthday fun, and we can help you acquire a location if needed.  Prior to the party, our staff will speak to you about what your child is interested in, and will create a flexible structure/framework that can always change, as we have to be flexible with children.  We will ask you about their interest in: Outdoor or indoor, nature mandalas, creative expression and art (a paint project or heart art for example), asana flows like a sun salutation, specific and fun postures, breathwork, imagination play (pretending we're animals or trees), dance party, story yoga, music (singing bowls and drumming), and more.  We will begin with a circle of mats, yoga flow and yoga games depending on their interest, followed by yoga stations and creative expression.  Sometimes it is appropriate to hold space for stations the entire time so children can have an open space to play how they want, and some parents like to begin and end this way.

Direction and Party Support will be one hour long - (plus set up and take down)

Charlotte has been a facilitator of healing and recalibrating the nervous system since 2015, supporting the emotional and total wellness of children since 2010, and working with children (professionally) in general since 1999.  Each of these sessions is unique.  They oscillate between play and hands on support, as children don't always enjoy or are interested in slowing down and winding in the way energywork allows.  This photo below is at my studio - where you can see two children playing on the right, while their sister has a turn on the table.  I can also bring a mat or a table to your home location.  Some of my ongoing clients have conditions and situations that lead them to request weekly or bi weekly treatments.  I will bring my singing bowls, drums, a mat, and we will play between creative expression, sound healing, and reiki/energy channeling.  Energy channeling with children works best with hands on healing support where I allow the flow to come through my body and into your child's nervous system.  Feel free to ask me clarifying questio ns if you have them.

These sessions are $1 a minute or $45; whichever is highest.  More than one child at a time like in the photo is welcome.  Children usually enjoy 30-60 minutes of this work.
